OYO Gym Workouts Now Online
We’ve received a lot of great feedback from our OYO family recently. Two suggestions we’ve gotten frequently:
- Have all the workouts from the OYO Coaching App available to stream and download online.
- Have individual exercise clips available online so you can work on form or build your own workout.
If you’d like to download to computer, you can go to the Workout Album on the OYO Vimeo page.
In addition to the workouts, we’ve also provided all 197 exercises from theOYO Coaching App online at OYOfitness.com. This will allow you to work on your form or build your own workouts targeting specific body parts.
