OYO Fitness Director Nick Bolton’s NOVA Gym 28 Day Beginner Program includes 4 weeks of workouts designed to help you get comfortable with your OYO NOVA Gym, establish a regular workout routine, and improve your strength and endurance. This program is specifically designed for the NOVA Gym. Some exercises in this program are not compatible with the OYO Personal Gym.
